Tankless Water Systems

Tax Credit for Efficient Tankless Water Heaters!

Sizing a hot water heater is difficult: If you procure a water heater that is too small you run out of hot water during peak usage. Get one that is too large, and you spend money every month heating water for no reason. The answer? Tankless water heaters. A tankless system gives you an unending supply of on demand hot water while saving on your utility bills by not heating water 24x7 that you will never use. Save money, hassle and the environment - all with one product!

How Heat Pumps Work

Learn More About Heat Pumps!

In some circumstances a heat pump can provide a more efficient option for heating and cooling your home, while in other situations it could cost you more. Geothermal Heat Pumps

Take Advantage of Federal Solar Incentives!

Homeowners can take advantage of energy efficient mortgages (EEM) to finance a variety of energy efficiency measures, including renewable energy technologies, in a new or existing home. The U.S. federal government supports these loans by insuring them through Federal Housing Authority (FHA) or Veterans Affairs (VA) programs. This allows borrowers who might otherwise be denied loans to pursue energy efficiency improvements, and it secures lenders against loan default.

Geothermal Energy

Geothermal Heat Pumps

Get Serious About Going Green - Geothermal Heat Pumps

Geothermal heat pumps are hands down the greenest way to go for heating and cooling your home. Current geothermal tax credit incentives make heating and cooling with geothermal energy more affordable than ever!

Under the current incentives, geothermal tax credits exist up to 30% to expenditures for a system that serves a dwelling unit located in the United States and used as a residence by the taxpayer. Expenditures with respect to the equipment are treated as made when the installation is completed. If the installation is on a new home, the "placed in service" date is the date of occupancy by the homeowner. Expenditures include labor for onsite preparation, assembly or original system installation, and for piping or wiring to interconnect a system to the home.
